The Return/Exchange Policy for E-commerce
• All Sales are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed for defected or wrongly shipped merchandise.
• Online purchased product can be exchanged online only within 15 days; at current (Last Discounted) price.

• Invoice or e-receipt needed (or exact date needed to track purchase).
• Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.
• Defected clothes can be exchanged or refunded at store of purchase only; at price of purchase.
• CLEARANCE SALE and FACTORY OUTLET purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Refunds are only available for defected and wrongly shipped merchandise with all reverse logistics to be borne by the brand.
• Please notify your claim for defects within 15 days of purchase.
